Donna Lacap

Since childhood, Donna Lacap has been hands on in the aspects of building, designing, and marketing residential homes. With home building being a major component of her family’s business, growing up surrounded by real estate gave her many tools to not only learn about the business, but to also develop a passion for it. Now as an Affiliate Broker, she loves to work with both buyers and sellers, aiding them in making the best decision with their real estate goals.

Born and raised in Nashville, Donna joined the Commonwealth Team as an Affiliate Broker in 2008. She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in both Finance and Accounting, plays competitive volleyball in different high-level amateur circuits, and is a member of several professional organizations throughout Nashville. Having a strong business background, her work experiences are vast in the sales arena, in that she strives for interaction with people, businesses, and the love for negotiating. She has spent over 15 years in sales, from starting her own business, to B2B sales, to sales management. After years of hard work, she finally had the opportunity to start her real estate business in 2008 with Commonwealth Properties.

Donna is best known to be a highly energetic, highly positive, success-driven and determined business professional. She loves to share her knowledge of real estate in order to educate her clients and also listen to their needs and wants. Having a unique edge to meet all real estate needs is what she presents. From understanding not only the inner-workings of a home to that of investment properties, finding a solution in any real estate scenario is a challenge that she seeks to solve.
